I have run out of post titles, so this post is titled after a quote I never thought I would have to say, but I did have to say it, after a certain 4 year old stuck his pinky in the pencil sharpener. All is well now, so we can laugh at it.

| The big girls had their first real slumber party with two friends who are close in age. The giggling was out of this world, but when I finally got firm at midnight, everyone fell asleep! |

| Charis had her first piano recital. She's doing great with her piano skills. Bubby was not thrilled with the length of this performance. He kept mouthing, "I'M BORED". |

| Charis turned nine years old. I can't believe we've been parents for almost a decade. She is an awesome little girl, so hard-working, diligent, driven, ambitious and adventurous. She is a born leader, loves a challenge, and we can't wait to see how the Lord uses her in the future! |

| We started some of her 4th grade subjects this week. She was SO HAPPY to be working again (and we only took 2 weeks off!). She loves working and learning. |

Just when I thought Mike was the sweetest Daddy for throwing on his trunks to play in the sprinkler with the kids (above), another day he gave in to their request to play in the kid's pool with them!
