Sweet Little Gloria

Gloria Butterfly turned four last week, and we had surprise guests for her birthday! Figgy, Pop and Uncle Petey came for the occasion! She and I attended her first Vacation Bible School this week, which has been extremely cute and given us great one-on-one time.

Hannah is now potty-training with pull-ups, which takes about 100 times as long as the method we used with Charis, but she's doing her best! She's talking more every day. "Don't ever take my cookies again. Okay Daddy?" "I need gotta do it myself."

Bethany, almost 10 months, just started crawling today! Life is officially even crazier!

I'm working on a real post with lots of pics, but in the meantime I found this picture of Mike and me hilarious.

Hannie's been asking everyone if we would like to polka.

Meanwhile, Charis looked at me at dinner this past week and said, "Hey. Do you work here?" Yes. Yes I do.

Our newest nephew, Rufus, was born in early June! He's a sweetie, just like his big bro. Hannah turned two, Charis will be four this week, and we've officially begun our preschool year of home schooling, which is both intimidating and extremely exciting! And just for the record, we didn't decide on home education strictly because of the discount on entrance to the roller skating rink on Thursday mornings; that just happens to be a fantastic perk. ;)
