Three!
We've had a good week. Figgy and Aunt Sarah came on Wednesday and Friday (visiting Pete, Sally & Susannah in between), and they brought so much love, food, crafts and fun for everyone! Then, the six of us celebrated Hannie's third birthday last night. Her personality has bloomed so much this past year. She talks up a storm, loves girly things (especially hair bows and pink), won't wear "boy colors", and has an incredible imagination. In fact, most of her day is spent pretending.

All in a Day
There is so much I want to write and reflect on, like how the open floor plan in this house (which I like) is very difficult to gate off, and thus Curious Georgina (aka Bethany) was found in the following mischievous situations today: sitting on the kitchen floor playing in a pile of granulated Splenda, licking dog food crumbs and Splenda off her hands, upstairs sucking toothpaste out of mommy and daddy's toothpaste tube, and scattering baby wipes like rose petals along the living room carpet. There is much more, oh so much more, that I would like to write, like how Charis told Daddy on Fathers Day that he is getting old, and then told Mommy that her lip isn't too crooked when her mouth is shut, but the circles under her eyes look like she got in another car crash, but time just does not allow for me to post all the hilarious things that go on within these walls every day. So here are some pics.

Name This Film
Name the movie the girls are acting out a scene from. Pete and Sally, you will be the first to guess. Hint: it's a popular new musical. They've been singing all their words to the tune of For the First Time in Forever.

Whew!
We just moved on Saturday. Look for a post and pics in the future. Bethy fractured her collar bone on the same day, but she's ok. More info forthcoming. Life lately has been a bit of a trial in some ways, and I'd love to write more about that soon. But there are so many sweet interludes to keep us going, and we're learning that His grace is sufficient!
